You don't know how long you have on this earth. It is your choice if you go to heaven or not. It's up to you to accept Jesus in your heart. He'll be a part of your life as long as you ask Him in yours. You will be saved, and positive of your destiny. Your chance is now, but if you put it off; you may not have another opportunity. You don't know how long you are going to live. You may not want to think about death, but this is so important. It is inevitable that you will die one day. If you don't believe in Jesus and accept Him in your life, you will not enter God's Kingdom. If you want be sure you are going to heaven, it's time to make your decision now; because you don't know how long God will allow you to live.
Matthew 18:3 (Amplified Bible) Truly I say to you, unless you repent (change, turn about) and become like little children (trusting, lowly, loving, forgiving), you can never enter the kingdom of heaven (at all).
John 3:3 (Amplified Bible)--Jesus answered him. "I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that unless a person is born again (anew, from above), he cannot ever see (know, be acquainted with, and experience) the Kingdom of God."
