Repent, for the end is near!
It is not a message most want to hear
But this is not a fictitious tale
As this world moves closer to hell
War, famine, and natural disaster
The end looks to be coming faster
Sickness and poverty all over the news
Look and you will see that trouble brews
With all the chaos that surrounds you
It is hard to keep what's important in view
The world crumbles and troubles increase
Through it all, I choose peace
How? You may be inclined to ask
How can this man be so crass?
While our world is being torn asunder
To talk of peace seems to be a blunder
The world is full of corruption and abuse
How can this person be so obtuse?
Unto the Lord Jesus Christ I hold my belief
That is why I say "I choose peace."

A Christian's perspective when all the world around you seems to be crumble and falling into chaos.
I've been struggling dealing with all the news reports and trouble that is going on in and out of my little world. But then I remembered I have a choice. I can get angry, upset, etc. or I could choose the peace that surpasses understanding. I think answers which I one I choose.
