The freedom to choices verses living by obligated rules

I ask the question: can Godís children recognize the difference between living with feelings of being controlled and obligated to obey rules in their daily relationship with God and with one another or can they really have a love affair with God through the Holy Ghost which causes them to be able to love them self and pass that love on to one another? There is a total difference between our human reasoning verses knowing what a true love affair with God through the Holy Ghost is all about and what causes us to truly love our self and be able to pass that love onto others.

Godís kind of love is described in 1Cor. 13 and says this. ďIF I speak in the tongues of men and [even] of angels, but have not love I am only a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers and understand all the secret truths and mysteries and possess all knowledge, and if I have [sufficient] faith so that I can remove mountains, but have not (Godís love in me) I am nothing (a useless nobody). Even if I bestow all that I have [to the poor in providing] food, and if I surrender my body to be burned or in order that I may glory, but have not (Godís love working and alive in me), I gain nothing.

Godís love towards us endures long and is kind. It never is envious nor boils over with jealousy, is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily. It is not conceited and inflated with pride; rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly. (Godís love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking. It is not touchy or fretful or resentful and it takes no account of the evil done to it. It pays no attention to a suffered wrong and it does not rejoice at injustice, but rejoices when right and truth prevail. Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]. Love never fails never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end.Ē

This is the type of love Godís has for us. If we are not focused and realize that we need to know and constantly receive this kind of acceptance and affection from God; all that remains for us is living in an obligated life style in our attempt to be received and comforted by God who the bible says ďIs a jealous lover.Ē Before love could be defined in these scriptures you notice that; God said all the good things that we can have and do are useless unless; we are receiving and interacting with his love in our daily life.

Just last week in surfing the TV I came across a well known Pastor who was talking about how to be more committed to Christ and he was giving his congregation an example of using his interpretation of Revelations 3:14-16 which states. ďAnd to the angel (messenger) of the assembly (church) in Laodicea write: These are the words of the Amen, the trusty and faithful and true Witness, the Origin and Beginning and Author of Godís creation: I know your record of works and what you are doing; you are neither cold nor hot. I would rather you be either be cold or hot! Therefore, because you are lukewarm and not cold nor hot; I will vomit you out of my mouth!Ē

He then proceeded and warned his congregation that God gets disgusted with us and we make Him sick to His stomach over our disobedience to the point that; it makes Him throw up. This interpretation is so demonic and false in nature and absolutely un-loving, extremely dangerous and it grieves the Holy Ghost when they give people this connotation of a loving Christ who surrendered His position in heaven and become a man in Jesus to die on a cross while we were yet sinners and forgave us when we didnít deserve it and he now throws up at our indifference to his sacrifice. Let me say that I have heard this interpretations many, many times coming from pulpits all over America. This is indeed a defaming and destructive teaching which puts a curse on Godís children. Letís now rightly interpret what God meant, by vomiting us out of His mouth which makes us understand how secure we can be in Christ Jesus.

The word of God has to be interpreted through an understanding of Godís great desire to continually restore and love us to a place of wholeness at His side. This battle of wholeness cannot be communicated through God themes of Him losing His patience or becoming fed up with His children. When this type of junk garbage is being preached or taught, we stop receiving Godís mercy and love because; we add conditions of having to measure up on our part and we try to earn His favor. This gives us an underline fear that God will reject us and it stops us from having a passion to love God and in turn love others as we love ourselves. These types of teachings make people become their worst enemy because; they never come to love them self because of feeling condemned. Letís now once and for all clear up this utter nonsense and misunderstanding.

Hebrews 1:3 states, ďJesus is the sole expression of the glory of God and the light being, the out raying of the Divine. The perfect imprint and the image of Godís nature upholding, maintaining and propelling the universe by His mighty ďWORDSĒ which is His power. When God speaks, things happen. Let us go back and see when God first spoke.

Genesis 1: says, ďIn the beginning God created the heavens and the earth, and the earth was without form and void and darkness was upon the face of the deep. The Spirit of God moved upon the face of the water and God said ďlet there be lightĒ and God saw that the light was good and God divided the light from the darkness.Ē God spoke eight more times, and every time He spoke His WORD; there was a created miracle that took place. Out of Godís spirit, from His inner most being He spewed forth or vomited forth an extension of Himself and created life on the planet. Everywhere God speaks forth and it is received, it brings life. He is the Life Giver.

God doesnít love us when He has a good day and not love us when He has a bad day. His whole nature and force of life as He exists is His love, mercy and grace. God doesnĎt want to throw us away but to spew forth His wisdom into our thought life and have His word deeply planted with in our heart where the issues of life are formed and acted on.

When we interpret from Godís word that, He is fed up and sick to his stomach over our childish undisciplined nature, it puts a wall up that stops God from vomiting or speaking His life force, which is His word of mercy into our mind and heart which if received; will change us to His way of thinking and deliver us from all the works of the enemy. Anything interpreted from scripture that is contrary to the real meaning of Godís word is called mingled seed and when it enters our ears and plants a false interpretation of Godís word in our heart and mind where the issues of life are formed and acted on; we fall back from receiving Godís love, and favor we do not have to earn. This is indeed a demonic teaching coming from born again pulpits through ignorant people dumping condemnation on Godís kids.

This actually means that when our flesh reasoning mind picks up on this and begins to build a doctrinal belief contrary to Godís thinking rather then living by Jesus faith and righteousness; we begin to lean towards our own understanding by working harder to measure up to some standard so we can feel accepted by God and others. These type of teachings are running ramped in the born again churches of today.

Where in 1Cor. 13 which defines Godís love makes a person believe that; God gets disgusted with His children and vomits them out of his mouth, It amazes me how some of the Pastors who were called to nurture the body of Christ have been teaching this stuff for years and are so blinded to not be able to rightly interpret the word of God and are teaching this nonsense to the people that they were called to mature in their Christian walk with Lord.

Godís words that are spoken in love creates a hunger for life in our being and gives us light and direction which gives us a great desire to adjust our thinking to Godís way of thinking and His love draws us and has us know that; His holding power as we experience it gives us the security in our inner man that we desperately need and gives us the ability to love one another. The bible tells us that God is love not a person who works at loving. Godís love comes from a central core of the spirit of forgiveness. We see this by Jesus sacrifice of being nailed to a tree and dying for our sin. Scripture tells us that ďGreater love has no man then this; that he lay down his life for his friendsĒ

He forgave us and continues to forgive us so that He can continue to love us. Where there is no forgiveness between each other; Godís love can not heal us in those areas of our lives where we have been bruised and we stop Him from making us whole. I can not believe the many people that I have met who, are mad at God and blaming Him for something that happen in their lives and are holding ought against a family member or acquaintance and this has been going on for years in their relationships.

When unforgiveness takes root in our heart and bitterness takes it place; our kingdom walk with the Lord is impeded and we open ourselves up to be tempted by the devil to start looking for love in all the wrong places. I am sad and grieved to say that; this search for love in the wrong places is a common occurrence in the body of Christ today. I believe a great number of born again believers are living in some type of twilight zone and their Christian life has no true joy and substance.

This misunderstanding of Godís love is why divorce is running ramped and why there are children walking in disobedience and not submitting to parentís authority. When we do not walk in the awareness and remembrance of Jesus death and resurrection on the cross and stay mindful of His forgiving Spirit that should be alive and active in us, and do not practice going house to house breaking bread and having Christian fellowship on a regular basis; confessing our faults one to another and praying for one another and having communion in remembrance of Jesus sacrifice; we hinder Godís righteous Spirit of love from flowing in us and we grieve the Holy Ghost and stop Him from renewing our mind with the refreshing of His presence. As born again believers; we must learn how to abandon ourselves by the leaning of our whole personality on God. This was never truer then it is today because; as I have said; the spirit of unforgiveness is running ramped with in and with out of the body of Christ.

Confessing our faults is not confessing sinful behavior in our lives. We must gather together having an attitude of sharing with each other those areas that God is working on to heal and bring us into wholeness, so we can mature and know that; our steps are being ordered by the Lord; which will cause us to live the abundant life he intended. We must gather in Christís name because only then can we give the Holy Ghost the freedom to reveal to us and give us answers to the devils devices that are trying to keep us stagnate or crippled in some area of our lives. This can only happen if; we have an all out hunger and thirsting after Godís presence by it being the first priority in our life. He must be the first love of our life.

The Holy Ghost is the only one who must be our teacher of Godís thoughts which is a prophetic word of wisdom and if received; it will set us free in areas that the devil has us in bondage that is hindering us from walking in Godís presence with great freedom. Sinful behavior in a Christianís life happens when they start looking for love in all the wrong places because; they are not experiencing the love and holding power of God for them self. Experiencing Godís love is ADDICTIVE.

Looking for love in all the wrong places makes a person become judgmental. This is a person focusing on self not Godís holding power and we are to have no other godís before Him. When we focus on our behavior and faults; what we end up with is idolatry and we put ourselves in a position of being a god before CHRIST. A born again believer can spend their whole life between a rock and a hard place with the concept that ďGod loves me when I do well and He dislikes me when I do badly.Ē

When a believerís root is not deep rooted in being persuaded of Godís holding power of love; they stay in a state of double-mindedness in all of their ways and they canít receive anything from the Lord. If it is our intent to know His love intentions; we need to do two things. One, we must allow the Holy Ghost who lives in us to erase any false interpretations or demonic doctrines that the Body of Christ has had sown in their hearts and two, stop being ignorant of Godís word because of not meditating on the word of God both day and night which in turn, allows the Holy Ghost to write the true interpretation of His word of love and grace on the fleshy tables of our heart.

Paul in 11Cor. 2-5 states, ďYou are our letter of recommendation (our credentials), written in your hearts, to be known (perceived, recognized) and read by everybody. You show and make obvious that you are a letter from Christ delivered by us, not written with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts. Such is the reliance and confidence that we have through Christ toward and with reference to God. Not that we are fit (qualified and sufficient in ability) of ourselves to form personal judgments or to claim or count anything as coming from us, but our power and ability and sufficiency are from God.Ē

Paul with prophetic words through the Holy Ghost was attempting to tell these people that; what he was sharing with them was a living word of committed love that God had for them. The Ten Commandments were rules written in stone that God gave to Moses to make the children of Israel recognize that they were living in an obligated life style of trying to obey and keep Godís commandments in their own strength.

When we really get in touch with how Godís love works in our lives and we become totally dependent on it, our desire and awareness of Godís presence and comfort makes us know that we are forever tied to Him and, we become addicted to spend our whole life seeking His counsel and the safety of his protection. There is no peace and rest when we live in an obligated life style of trying hard to live up to the Ten Commandments.

God is always pleased with us the day we became His child.

1 John 4:15-19 states. ďWhosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. This experience causes us to know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love and whoever lives in love lives in God and God lives in him. With this living experience, love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the Day of Judgment, because in this world; we are like him. There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. We love Him because; he first loved us.Ē

What we have here is a mouthful of anointed words and we must be determined to get these prophetic living words deep in our being if; itís our intension to receive the mercy and healing power of God to touch us in all areas of our life.

A person who confesses that Jesus is the Son of God; goes through a influencing process from the Holy Ghost which will cause them to believe this in their heart and by verbally confessing this belief from their mouth it causes a person to function in the new creature in Christ Jesus the day they became when they had the miracle of being born again and as they hunger after their righteous position in Christ; they are continually being enlightened of how to walk in their newness of life in Christ. To thrive in this new relationship with God; we need to be forever settled that; nothing we do will ever separate us from His loving holding power. We are always connected to His Spirit because we have the sperm and Godís DNA in us. Our walk with God must be a life applied relationship every second of our waking or sleeping hours.

Our connection to God is a very real live relationship with the Holy Ghost who took up residence with in us; that was made permanent the day we became born again however, the majority of the born again church doesnít really believe it. They believe that; they can fall out of favor with God because they have failed in some area of breaking His commandments. This back sliding and going to hell doctrine being taught in many pulpits today is a teaching right from the pit of hell. When we through our ignorance donít allow Godís love to flow through our heart and mind; we allow a fear entity of failure to invade our thought life and we feel that there is an upcoming punishment coming to us. Fear is a demonic spirit of influence that paralyzes and causes us to worry and try to protect our self from the consequence of our actions. When we become locked up like this; our spirit can not open up in allowing the Holy Ghost to worship through us and we run for cover in self denial and it stops us from staying naked in His sight. Most people will smoother these feelings of fear with anger, rebellion and addicted behavior.

To live with a constant exposure to the love of God we must; continually make public confession and acknowledge Him in our thought life and heart. The first time we acknowledged and made public confession was the day we had our born again experience. We must continue to open our being to Him in all areas of our life. There are six definitions of this word acknowledge in the Hebrew concordance lets define them.

1.) ďFamiliar friend.Ē
Jesus must be a familiar friend and He must be well known to us because of our intimate relationship with Him. We must think very highly of Him and apply ourselves to having fellowship with Him.

2.) ďAdvice.Ē
We must seek His counsel on all of our decision-making, and seek His opinion on our line of conduct in our relationships with each other.

3.) ďDiligent.Ē
We must not become lazy and take Him for granted. It must not become an obligated chore of obedience but a joyful and delightful experience with passion, excitement and total acceptance in our daily meetings.

4.) ďDiscovery.Ē
There will be created in us a revelation of a person showing us a way of reasoning that supersedes our own human thoughts. We in turn become totally fixed on a hunger for Him and become persuaded that nothing in life can fulfill the love we need other then our relationship with Him.

5.) ďEndure with.Ē As this process takes place, we must allow ourselves to become pliable, teachable and submitted to changing our thoughts to GODíS thoughts. As we experience His grace, (unmerited favor), this is what will empower us and allow this attitude to take place.

6.) ďAwarenessĒ
There will become a conscious knowing and growing encounter with a person you cannot physical see. With His influence; we become assertive and it begins to direct our life and longings of acceptance. There becomes a deep hunger and a seeking after this relationship with Him morning, noon and night. Being a God seeker gives you a greater witness from with in. God will be as real to you as you allow Him to be.

The Holy Ghost wants to build Godís word deep with in our heart and mind line upon line, precept upon precept. We must be persuaded that; we are totally secure in Christ and there is no way we can lose our born again status and be willing to participant with intense passion following the Holy Ghostís lead. With out this foundation in place; our life will be built on a sinking sand mentality and we can live in a double mindedness of ďHe loves me and He loves me not.Ē
There is a reoccurring deceptive theme through out the New Testament church which is a ploy of the devil that Paul primarily had to deal with in his letters to different churches. We will define a few of these doctrines that were not scripturally interpreted correctly as we did earlier when we wrote about this idea that God gets sick of us and wanted to vomit us out of his mouth.

Paul the Apostle in his letter to the Hebrew church encourages them to grow up in Christ and come to understand the love God has for them by them knowing that; he sent His Son which was his best love gift in Christ Jesus to the cross. When we do not walk in love; we are walking in an obligated life style and itís like saying we owe some thing to receive Godís love and unmerited favor. This is indeed a bothering weight that tries our mind and spoils our peace and interferes with our relationship with the Lord.

Paul states this in Hebrews 12:1-2 when he says. ďLet us throw off the weight that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.Ē A person who has not been descipled under teachings with the true interpretation of Godís word; will live in an obligated life style of a do and donít mentality.

Our sanctification in Christ can only be fed to our spirit with a love flow through the Holy Ghost and when; false interpretations of Godís word are sown in our heart, love can not have its perfect way. Our sinful thoughts and behavior ends as we flow in Godís perfecting love and grace because; we understand our righteous position in Christ which is describe in the Greek Concordance as us being blameless, free from evil and set apart from the world as Godís children who are to live with a heavenly minded mentality.

Paul in Hebrew 5:7-14 & 6:1-8 uses Jesus as an example of the walk He had with His Heavenly Father. He explains the maturing process in these fifteen verses and we must rightly interpret their meaning. When false interpretations of Godís word are planted in our heart, the Holy Ghost has to take us back through these false concepts and erase them from our understanding before He can plant the true interpretation of His word. This at times can be a painful process and we must guard our heart where the issues of life and death are formed. We have a lot of verse here and we will only be touching on the basic high lights of them.

ďIn the days of His flesh Jesus offered up definite, special petitions for that which He not only wanted but needed with strong crying and tears to Him Who was [always] able to save Him out from death, and He was heard because of His reverence toward God in that He shrank from the horrors of separation from the bright presence of the Father. Although He was a Son, He learned obedience through what He suffered and, His completed experience made Him perfectly equipped and, He became the Author and Source of eternal salvation to all those who obey Him, being designated and recognized and saluted by God as High Priest after the order of Melchizedek.
Concerning this we have much to say which is hard to explain, since you have become dull in your [spiritual] hearing and sluggish [even slothful in achieving spiritual insight.

For even though by this time you ought to be teaching others, you actually need someone to teach you over again the very first principles of Godís Word. You have come to need milk, not solid food. For everyone who continues to feed on milk is obviously inexperienced and unskilled in the doctrine of righteousness (of conformity to the divine will in purpose, thought, and action), for he is a mere infant [not able to talk yet]! However; solid food is for full-grown men, for those whose senses and mental faculties are trained by practice to discriminate and distinguish between what is morally good and noble and what is evil and contrary either to divine or human law.

Therefore let us go on and get past the elementary stage in the teachings and doctrine of Christ (the Messiah), advancing steadily toward the completeness and perfection that belong to spiritual maturity. Let us not again be laying the foundation of repentance and abandonment of dead works (dead formalism) and of the faith [by which you turned] to God, with teachings about purifying, the laying on of hands, the resurrection from the dead, and eternal judgment and punishment.

These are all matters of which you should have been fully aware long, long ago.] It is Godís desire that we go on [to advance teaching.

For it is impossible to restore and bring again to repentance those who have been once for all enlightened, who have consciously tasted the heavenly gift and have become sharers of the Holy Spirit, And have felt how good the Word of God is and the mighty powers of the age and world to come, if they then deviate from the faith and turn away from their allegianceó[it is impossible] to bring them back to repentance, for (because, while, as long as) they nail upon the cross the Son of God afresh [as far as they are concerned] and are holding [Him] up to contempt and shame and public disgrace.

For the soil which has drunk the rain that falls repeatedly upon it and produces vegetation useful to those for whose benefit it is cultivated partakes of a blessing from God. But if [that same soil] continually bears thorns and thistles, it is considered worthless and near to being cursed, whose end is to be burned.Ē

Letís rightly interpret these verses and as you read this, you may find that over the years of your Christian walk; you may have had false doctrine planted in your heart that has kept you from receiving Godís love and grace and because of this; you are living in a obligated mentality of measuring up because of a fear that; you can go to hell even though your are born again child of God.

We first see that Jesus had all the emotional fear attacks as we have and how badly He knew that; He had to receive His Fathers loving kindness to have His needs and wants met. We must all be persuaded that God loves us as much as He loved Jesus our brother; who was the first born again believer. His vision and purpose to be obedient was because; His first priority with a great passion was in obeying His heavenly Father. We must follow His example since He is our mediator between God the Father and ourselves and He was tempted as we are and yet with out sinning.

Jesus could not sin against God only because; he was a born again believer and He had Christ living in Him. It is a matter of living a life of victory or mediocrity that we understand what it means as Him not sinning. When we donít understand this statement; our common understanding that He became like us and we are like Him is not believed. Many people who I have had the opportunities to share a word of wisdom with have said they had become weary of being a Christian and have told me, ďI am not like Jesus and can never be like Him. That statement does not agree with scripture and when a Christian confesses this, they curse them self and their vision of what God wants them to believe in is side tracked and they will be unable to reach their potential as Godís child.

We also suffer as Jesus did as we are learning how to become obedient by the leaning of our whole personality on our relationship with God the Father through Christ who now lives in us as we learn to allow Christ to be our faith and strength. Most born again believers tell me that; they have faith in Jesus Christ which is absolutely opposite of what the bible teaches. We must live by the faith of Jesus Christ. We must come to understand with deep meaning that; it is the Faith of Christ who is alive in us which makes us willing and empowers us to live the Christian life. This is stated in Philippians 2:13 by Paul when he says, ďNot in your own strength, for it is God Who is all the while effectually at work in you energizing and creating in you the power and desire, both to will and to work for His good pleasure and satisfaction and delight.Ē

When I first recognized this many years ago, it released me from a weight of trying to measure up to be accepted by God and man. Born again believers who live in an obligated life style burns them out as they attempt to love God and them self in their own strength. And this can become a real wearisome bondage and is nothing more then a spirit of religion which is the real enemy of the Christian faith of Jesus Christ. If you are a born again child of God you must be interacting on the prodding of the Holy Ghost to now go on and get off the milk of the word of God and go on to maturity and become an adult. Babies in life start out drinking milk and as they grow their teeth and it comes through their gums; they come off of milk and start eating sold food. This is the same application in the spiritual world.

Young believers can not eat solid spiritual food if; they are being fed false interpretations of Godís word which makes them lethargic and addicted to an alms mentality of help me, which in turn; keeps them as poor spiritually bankrupt people and they are not able to live by the faith of Christ. This condition which is running rampant with in the born again churches of today is keeping Godís kids messing their diapers and forever needing help and deliverance from one thing or another.

! We must through necessity; understand what it is to become independently inter- dependent with the Holy Ghost!

One person living in independents with the Holy Ghost with in a congregations of thousands is more powerful then; that of a bunch of people living in the flesh in the guise of the Holy Ghost. It always amazing to me when I see what the born again church believes to be the norm for the body of Christ. Unless we come to grow and understand how to give the Holy Ghost his rightful place among our assembling, Jesus life will never really be lifted up so all men can be drawn to Him.

Since Paul tells us that; God wants us to go on; he tells us how to do this. He says, let us not again be laying the foundation of repentance and abandonment of dead works (dead formalism) and of the faith [by which you turned] to God, with teachings about purifying, the laying on of hands, the resurrection from the dead, and eternal judgment and punishment. These are all matters of which you should have been fully aware long, long ago. It is Godís desire that we go on to advanced teaching.

These are the doctrines of salvation that are still being preached to the children of God. Very rarely do we hear teachings from the church on any thing other then a salvation message in some form or another and that is even if it is being preached at all. Thatís because we have more social club churches in America then we have Godís children gathering in Christís name with signs and wonders happening with in the gathering of the saints of God. I said saints of God not sinners of God.

God saw his Son Jesus as a saint not a sinner. Jesus is called the King of Saints. He could not sin because; He was born coming out of Mary womb a born again believer and had Christ living in Him as I have said. Unless the body of Christ understands that they became a saint when they became born again by a miraculous spiritual living conversation; they will be forever laboring in vain teaching to the born again church how to get sin out of their life which will keep them forever on the milk of the word.

A child not taught the basic skills of independent thought to read and write will be imprisoned in a life of want and poverty.

This must not spiritually take place in the body of Christ and put the Cross of Calvary to a shame like this. It is not a sin for a baby to mess his diaper, spill his food all over and stumble and fall as he tries and is coaxed by his parents to walk across a room with out holding on to the coffee table.

Thereís a night and day difference between having a sinful nature that was taken from us the day we became born again saints verses a Christian attempting to walk in their sainthood character after becoming one of Godís children. How dare the born again pulpits across the world condemn and slander Godís children by making little of what Jesus delivered us from at the cross. What they do is BLASPHEME the word of God and in their ignorance CURSE GODíS CHILDREN.

This idea of the laying on of hands that Paul tells us to grow up from is an Old Testament teaching and what the Levitical priest did when sacrificing animals every year for the sins of the people. By them laying their hands on the animals they would transfer the peopleís sins on to the animals and when they were sacrificed and burned up; the sins of the people were burnt up also. This is what happened when Jesus was sacrificed once and for all times and we need no other teachings in the born again church continually talking about Christians having a sinful nature.

When this happens; it reminds them of the old nature that we once had that was crucified with Jesus at the cross. Letís remember that 11Cor. 5:17 tells us that ďwe have become a new creation in Jesus Christ. Old things have passed away and behold all things have become new. When our new nature is not fed with our new position in Godís sight; you can not have a vision and revelation by the Holy Ghost and have a beholding witness from the God who lives in us.

As born again people; we must be descipled by those who have gone on into advanced teaching and learn how to operate in Godís kingdom with power and authority looking to Jesus the author and finisher of our faith.

When Old Testament doctrine is taught in any denomination; it burdens down the people sitting under these teachings. Paul was trying to encourage these people to grow up and not stay in a stagnant condition that makes Christianity a boring uneventful life of following a bunch of rules and obligated actions that wears a person out.

Paul goes on to say, For it is impossible to restore and bring again to repentance those who have been once for all enlightened, who have consciously tasted the heavenly gift and have become sharers of the Holy Spirit, And have felt how good the Word of God is and the mighty powers of the age and world to come, if they then deviate from the faith and turn away from their allegianceó[it is impossible] to bring them back to repentance, for (because, while, as long as) they nail upon the cross the Son of God afresh [as far as they are concerned] and are holding [Him] up to contempt and shame and public disgrace.

Paul is simple saying that; once a person becomes born again and has experienced the spiritual world of the kingdom; if they deviate or are taught and participate in any doctrine or actions contrary to the true word of God it causes them to believe in their mind that; they are not eternally secure however; once you are born again; you are permanently born again.

We crucify Jesus afresh on the cross because in spite of our missing the mark of His high calling; it is His forgiving love attitude in heaven; that has not changed because; He was the one who healed the riff between us and our heavenly Father and stands as our mediator of a new covenant relationship with God the Father. Jesus attitude as a mediator; continues to have the attitude of going to the cross and speaking for us to our Heavenly Father even when we mess up and do childish things and doubt our eternal security in Him.

Godís love endures long and never end and I ask the question; when are Godís kids going to believe it?

There are consequences that a born again believer has to deal with when Godís love is not having its perfect way in their life. We must separate our judgmental thinking about missing Godís best verses Godís unconditional love and we must have an eternal hope that we can be sure that we are never forsaken by Him.

Our foundation if we are to mature is in looking at our self as God sees us in Jesus own perfection. Our sin nature that we were born with was a sickness that was inflicted and inherited from our greatttttttttttttt grand parents who were diseased and cursed by Satan himself. It is the same type of disease as a cancer that ravishes the physical body and we must have a miracle by God to heal us and stay healed.

Becoming born again is the biggest miracle that any one can experience because; it makes Jesus our brother, God our Father and we have the anointing, authority and discernment of interpreting Godís word through the Holy Ghost who permanently lives in us.

Paul goes on to tell us the consequences when we deviate from living by Jesus faith, he says. ďFor the soil which has drunk the rain that repeatedly falls upon it and produces vegetation useful to those for whose benefit it is cultivated partakes of a blessing from God. But if [that same soil] persistently bears thorns and thistles, it is considered worthless and near to being cursed, whose end is to be burned.Ē

This has been interpreted in too many Christian circles that people can back slide from their born again experience and God sends them to hell. This has kept Godís children controlled and manipulated to not use the mind of Christ they received when they asked Jesus to save them. It makes our flesh flourish and it flat out stops us from interacting in our new covenant as a new creature in Christ. This is destructive and dangerous thinking.

It is the Spirit of God and His love that constantly wants to rain on us and produce in us His works and abundance. If it is not being taught properly, the results will be worthless endeavors that will have no eternal purposes in Godís kingdom. In turn, these works will produce thorns and thistles and as we experience the love of God; He will burn up all these false concepts and the only thing left standing will be Godís perfect will that was accomplished in our life. In turn; when we get to heaven; we will be rewarded for them.

The only foundation that should be laid in the Christian life must be built on the Apostles and Prophets doctrine with Jesus being the chief corner stone which in turn will make us able to go on to teach mature doctrines of kingdom living.

Paul the Apostle defines this in 1Cor. 10-15 when he says, ďAccording to the grace of God which was given unto me, as a master builder, I have laid the foundation, and another can now build upon it. However, let every one who builds on it be careful how he adds to it, for there is no other foundation that a person can build on except the Lord Jesus Christ.

Now if any man builds on this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay or straw; every manís work shall be made clear to see and understand for the day of Christ will declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire will critically appraise the character and worth of the work which each person has done.

If any manís work is burnt up under the test, he will suffer the loss of it all losing his reward. However, he himself shall be saved but only as one who has passed through the fire. Do you not understand the whole body of Christ is a temple and Godís Spirit is a permanent dwelling in you to be a home in you both collectively as a church but also individually?Ē

Godís wants His children to prosper and live by whatever amount of financial income they have the faith to believe for. However, that is not to be the main priority and foundation that so many born again assemblies focus on which is financial prosperity. Scripture shows us that a majority of the body of Christ is in a state of apostasy which was predicted to happen in these last days. God does not care what type of materials you use to build your life on as long as He is doing the building as Paul states. These materials in what ever form you build on are Godís creations.

Paul wrote to the Galatians because, they were having trouble building on the foundation that he had laid with false interpretation of scripture and they were leaning toward their own understanding of how to mature.

He tells them in Gal. 7-8 ď Do not be mislead; God will not allow himself to be sneered at, scorned or mocked by people having mere untruthful declarations by having His precepts set aside. A person inevitably deludes himself who attempts to delude God. For what ever a man sows into his life it is that what he will also reap. For if, he sows to his own understanding of God, it will reap decay and ruin. However, if he sows his life in the Holy Spirits counsel, he will reap the reward here and now and the continuance in heaven for eternity.Ē

It is not Godís intensions as many believe to inflict pain on His children. The born again believer needs to be taught how kingdom living works. A parent tells his children donít touch the hot stove or you will be burnt. The child either heeds the parentís warning or suffers the consequences. God never gets angry with His kids, He just grieves over their ignorance and the loss that they live with by not receiving His love, forgiveness and function in the inheritance they were already given by Him.

All of our endeavors to follow Christ in our maturing will be tested by fiery trials of life, which is the way we learn. Yes, some of the wounds that we experience are self-inflicted. I believe more than we want to admit to. The real enemy I have learned is ignorance of Godís ways and we need to be equipped by sound doctrine to handle the warfare of life and become winners as God always intended. Godís kingdom came into the world the day Jesus was born in the earth. When we became born again, the kingdom was born in us and the Pearl of Great Price was put in our being.

When the born again believer does not function with the mind of Christ with their new nature they received when they received Christ, they stay in ignorance under a task master of legalistic codes. They can not be prayed out of this death sin conscience life style because of the fact as stated; they put Christ up to contempt and public shame. In reality, they become a reproach and they sin against them self. This happens because they always live in a shame of realizing they have done something wrong. This is what a sin conscience mentality does for one self.

The Holy Spirit grieves over us when we punish our self like this. The born again believer must decide to die to self and come to God trusting and teachable by allowing the Holy Spirit to show them the difference between kingdom living verses our works in the flesh. It is in us recognizing our weakness and bringing them to the Lord that cause us to grow strong and straight in his kingdom.

Forty some years ago, a prophetic word came out at a Sunday morning worship service. It set a tone and anchored my soul all these many years. When I heard it, I thought that the prophesy would take place immediately only to find out it is the work that the Holy Spirit has been doing in the body of Christ then and is more important today then ever.

God said, ďMy people over the years you have grown but only by the measure of manís understanding. Because of this you have become a reproach and have felt ashamed of yourself because you have condemned and put judgments on your self. Thereís no reason to reproach yourself, because there was nothing you could do about it in your own strength. Therefore, make a decision to come to me with your hands up raised and surrender to me and I will take the old tight fitting clothes that have grown over your heart off of you. When they come off you will murmur and complain because they have grown into your fleshly thinking and some of your flesh will come with them. However, if you are willing, I will put a white robe of Righteousness on you and you will be able to walk in my courts with great freedom.Ē

This happens when we grow thorns and thistles in our heart and the Holy Ghost has to do surgery by taking us back through our mingled seed interpretations that were planted in our heart with false interpretations of Godís word. Never let anyone tell you that, God our Heavenly Father ever gives up on any of His children no matter how many crevices or thickets of life they get caught in. He is a restoration God and there is NO ONE LIKE HIM. We are His children and have all of His characteristics and He is determined to make us be like Him in word and deed.

Paul in Romans 13:7-12 says this. ďKeep out of debt and owe no man anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor [who practices loving others] has fulfilled the Law [relating to oneís fellowmen, meeting all its requirements].

The commandments, you shall not commit adultery, you shall not kill, you shall not steal, you shall not covet (have an evil desire), and any other commandment, are summed up in the single command, you shall love your neighbor as [you do] yourself. Love does no wrong to oneís neighbor [it never hurts anybody]. Therefore love meets all the requirements and is the fulfilling of the Law.

It is a [critical] hour and it is high time now for you to wake up out of your sleep (rouse to reality). For salvation (final deliverance) is nearer to us now than when we first believed (adhered to, trusted in, and relied on Christ, the Messiah). The night is far gone and the day is almost here.

Let us then (fling away) the works and deeds of darkness and put on the [full] armor of light. Let us live and conduct ourselves honorably and becomingly as in the [open light of] day, not in reveling and drunkenness, not in immorality and debauchery (sensuality and licentiousness), not in quarreling and jealousy. But clothe yourself with the Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah), and make no provision for indulging] the flesh [put a stop to thinking about the evil cravings of your physical nature] to [gratify its] desires (lusts).Ē

If we read and interpret these scriptures with a legalistic mind set; we would be evaluating our behavior to see if we are guilty of committing any of these acts. Legalistic people judge them self with a right and wrong mentality. When God gave Moses the Ten Commandments and the people became aware of them; it made them feel guilty. This was Godís intent in the first place in giving Moses His laws in making them feel uncomfortable.

No one in their own strength can keep the Ten Commandments back then or now because the Levitical Priests had to offer unblemished animal in the temple once a year for the sins of the people because no matter how hard they tried; they kept breaking them. A person becomes self conscience rather then God conscience when they attempt to obey any strict literal interpretation of laws or religious moral code and they live with the mentality of being law breakers.

Letting the Lord love them breaks the mind set of feeling that they are obligated to do certain things in their life to get Godís approval. The new creature that we became can only be motivated and empowered by the Righteous Spirit of Christ as we experience His love and holding power. There is a completed work that goes with our born again experience. We need no more toiling in measuring up or feeling obligated to do works for Godís approval. Godís children can rest from their laboring and enjoy their fellowship with Him at all times. This legalistic mentality gives us a sin consciecness; which robs us of our freedom of choice to choose each day to follow God or our own selfish ambitions.

When Paul tells us to drop (fling away) the works and deeds of darkness and put on the [full] armor of light, this represents an inner decision on our part to let go and let God flow His righteous Spirit through our entire soul which is our mind will and emotions as God did with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden before, Satan deceived them to eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. When this happened they began to have a sin conscience mentality and began to think in right and wrong in judging their behavior.

In the Garden there was also the Tree of Life which is God Himself. This is the fellowship that God intended for them as he would weave His Spirit as a strong wind daily through their mind and body which gave Adam and Eve a quick understanding of His love which; made them whole in their mind, will and emotions.

Nothing has changed and God still is enticing His children to not lean towards their own understanding and feel free to come to Him for all their needs and wants. We must be deep rooted in Godís holding power of love if all the outward behavior contrary to our Saintly living is going to come to an end and us learning to focus on an expectation of God showing up at all times as a loving Father wanting to take care of his children. We must be free to make an independent choice to hunger after God not for the consequences if we donít but only because of the pure pleasure of enjoying a joyful life style of Godís presence and friendship at all times.

We need to stop trying so hard to be good doers and obligated seekers.

We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus Himself. Jesus our brother who was the first born again believer was righteous in God the Fatherís sight and He was looked at as being blameless, free from evil and set apart from the contamination of ungodly behavior and was an heir and extension of God the Fatherís own life.

Fighting the good fight of faith is us being persuaded that; God looks at us the same as He sees Jesus. Jesus was the ultimate example of love because He laid down His life while we were dead in our sinful nature and living in an obligated life style of trying to obey God with no power with in us to obey the Ten Commandments.

Scripture says, ďGreater love has no man then this that he lay down His life for His friends.Ē There are far too many born again believers that I have met over forty some years that have no awareness that their body is the temple of the Holy Ghost and God Himself lives in them because; they have a deceptive concept that; God is somewhere out there in a church building or in heaven and they do not know how to have intimacy and the freedom to enjoy His company at all times. Anything contrary to having an intimate loving relationship with the Holy Ghost is an obligated life style of abuse and shame.

It is as we obey Math. 6:33 that tells us to ďSeek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and everything we need in our lives will be metĒ When we are in a place of walking in obedience to this commandment; Godís holding power makes us recognize how desperately we need to rest in His power which is at work in us so we can enjoy His grace (unmerited favor) and love.

Paul tells us to stop thinking about the evil cravings of our physical nature to gratify its desires. The battle of our warfare takes place in our mind and when we meditate on Godís word day and night it keeps us focused with a clear vision of how Godís kingdom of love works. A born again believer when he daily meditates; it becomes like breathing air in their life and they live like Adam and Eve lived in the Garden of Eden which means a protected hedge in the Hebrew Concordance. We must use our anointing and not allow the devil to mess with our mind and make us doubt our security and total completeness in God our Father.

Once we have a vision of our sanctified state; God will be able to persuade us to walk in it with His anointed power. Meditaters allow the Holy Ghost to give them a word of wisdom at any time day or night. This type relationship is totally foreign in comparison to living by rules and obligated church membership or prideful fleshly motives to save face and worrying about the consequences if we do or donít.

In 1Cor. 1:2 Paul addresses these peoples sanctified state when he says this. ď To the church (assembly) of God which is in Corinth, to those consecrated and purified and made holy in Christ Jesus, = ( Sanctified ) [who are] selected and called to be saints (Godís people), together with all those who in any place call upon and give honor to the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, both their Lord and ours.Ē A person who is living in their sanctified state is constantly reminded by the Holy Ghost of their blameless appearance that God sees them in because; their mind is constantly taking a bath with the washing of Godís word and is being renewed daily in understanding and receiving Godís love at all times.

Now in closing and there is no closing in having a living relationship with God through the Holy Ghost. Letís remember; our receiving the mind of Christ through salvation is what keeps our communication and ear alert to hear Godís voice telling us to turn here and not turn there in our daily walk with Him. We have Jesus promise that those who are His sheep; will hear His voice and follow Him. We must separate our self from anything that promotes the spirit of condemnation which wants to take hold in your mind and wants you to live with a obligated spirit of I must do this or that; to be accepted by God.

Where the spirit of condemnation is in control; it drives the born again believer to run for cover as Adam and Eve did in the Garden and hide from God with a denial fig leaf apron to cover their shame and loathing of self. Jesus leads His sheep; he doesnít drive them like cattle are driven.

The end of this age is closer then it was yesterday. Jesus is coming back for a church with out spot, wrinkle and with out blemish very soon. Most born again believers donít believe that God already sees His children with out spot and wrinkle and unblemished therefore, He can come back at any time. Let us not be ashamed of ourselves and learn to be at rest and comfortable with our restored relationship with the Holy Ghost so that the peace of God will guard our heart and mind from anything that would distract us from receiving the love He personally has for us.
