James 3:16-18.
For wherever there is jealousy, strife and selfish ambition, there you will find disorder and evil of every kind. But the wisdom from above is first of all pure. It is also peace loving, gentle at all times, and willing to yield to others. It is full of mercy and good deeds. It shows no favoritism and is always sincere. And those who are peacemakers will plant seeds of peace and reap a harvest of righteousness.
Dear friend,
If you're working or living in an environment where there's strife, contention, boasting and quarreling, this kind of setting is not conducive for the good works of the Holy Spirit. Be assured that the devil is determined to take charge! BUT YOU'RE IN CHARGE! Now, for you to remain in charge, you must initiate, create or develop a peaceful atmosphere at whatever cost. Ask God for wisdom to handle the situation.
Endeavour to yield to others for the sake of peace. Humility is not stupidity, but the source of divine energy and agility to astronomical speed and promotions! Humility keeps Satan away, making him our enemy, while pride keeps God away and becomes our enemy. Pride attracts devils and disasters, but humility resists the devil and attracts God's favour and blessings, hallelujah! 2Corinthians 12:6-10; James 4:6-10. The devil hates peace, prayer, humility, praise and every gift and fruit of the Holy Spirit.
Ensure there's harmony, then the power of God will manifest like never before, and then miracles, blessings and promotions will return to your life again. Miracles never fail to break forth in an environment saturated with peace, prayer, harmony, praise, order, justice and humility. Without this kind of tranquil atmosphere, it will be impossible for your heart to perceive and hear God's still, small voice, the ultimate guidance, let alone obey Him absolutely. Hebrews 5:8; Proverbs 14; 17, 29; Proverbs 15:1-4; Psalm 133:1-3. Christian maturity comes from discipline, self control and obedience, the foundation of good leadership as the light of this world. This is a great responsibility, but God knows we can handle it.
2 Timothy 2:23-26.
Again I say, don’t get involved in foolish, ignorant arguments that only start fights. A servant of the Lord must not quarrel but must be kind to everyone, be able to teach, and be patient with difficult people. Gently instruct those who oppose the truth. Perhaps God will change those people’s hearts, and they will learn the truth. Then they will come to their senses and escape from the devil’s trap. For they have been held captive by him to do whatever he wants.
Have a marvelous day in God's awesome presence.
