To My Beautiful Savior, I’m sorry... I’m sorry for pushing You aside... I’m sorry for forgetting You... I’m sorry for remembering I forgot You and then choosing to forget You... I’m sorry I read Your word but don’t live Your word... I’m sorry for believing You are Your most powerful inside the Church walls... I’m sorry I didn’t stop for that car with the flat tire... I’m sorry I didn’t give that homeless man my two dollars because I thought “he’ll only use it for drugs.”... I’m sorry for not loving more... I’m sorry for holding so tightly to my brokenness... I’m sorry for placing You in my box... I’m sorry for acting like I know You in front of people who really know You... I’m sorry for thinking I could hate myself into heaven... I’m sorry for thinking You wanted me to hate myself... I’m sorry for church jumping... I’m sorry for not caring about others... I’m sorry not practicing what I preach... I’m sorry for blaming everyone else... I’m sorry for trying to figure You out... I’m sorry for faking it... I’m sorry for thinking I am better than others... I’m sorry for trying to use You... I’m sorry for forgetting everything You have ever done for me... I’m sorry for thinking my ways were higher than Yours... I’m sorry for not having faith in You... I’m sorry... I’m sorry for everything............ Most of all, I’m sorry for saying “I’m sorry” more than I say “I love you.”............. I love you... I love You because You first loved me... I love You because You STILL love me... I love You because I know You will never leave me nor forsake me... I love You for the cross... I love You because You are still by my side... I love You because You still want to use me... I love You because You forget my failures... I love You because You rearranged my history... I love You because I can feel You when You enter the room... I love You because of who You are... I love You because You already forgave me... I love You because You are patient with me... I love You because You already knew I was sorry... I love You because You call me “son”... I love You because I can call You “Father”... I love You because I can call You “Brother”... I love You... I love You because You save me... I love You because You give me life... I LOVE YOU.
