Our God of mercy, the Father in the highest places; Our God in heaven, indeed thou art great! Had it not been for thy mercy to bring us the Son, Jesus Christ, who died for us and rose to build for us homes in heaven, whither we shall go after all this commotion.
I am glad to realise that you not only are good to us, but have the passion and love for us, just as your beloved sons and daughters. Thou hast accepted us into thy eternal habitat; we love you Lord.
Oh God, how gracious is thy way, a way that takes us up and not down. It pushes us to the limits and ensures that we arrive in heaven. We are much comforted by the knowledge that you are our God in times of need and our God in trying times; you are indeed our God in times of hardships and also, thou art a God in our times of good. We appreciate that.
