How Love Has Changed Me

Love has changed me,
I see things new,
I have heard it said,
but now know it is true.

Love makes all beautiful,
it brings out my best,
it is forever patient,
as I work on the rest.

Love has made me gentle,
tender and kind,
love has transformed me,
my heart and mind.

Love is a motivator,
I endure as love encourages me,
to over come the hardships,
it empowers me to be free.

Love is a verb,
describing an action,
sparked by emotion,
and fuelled by reaction.

Love is chosen,
each day the choice is there,
to show my commitment,
a dedication of care.

Love springs from my heart,
so others I can show,
love I can share,
so they too can know.

Love has changed me,
I see things new,
it has changed me for the better,
I know this is true.
