19 So shall they fear
The name of the LORD from the west,
And His glory from the rising of the sun;
When the enemy comes in like a flood,
The Spirit of the LORD will lift up a standard against him.
“May you never go backwards like today’s date in Jesus Mighty Name! Amen.”
A couple of friends started texting these words since early today, sending it back and forth among the circle of friends, wishing success and praying for forward movement in one another’s lives contrary to the number of the date of today which states in reverse order 13-12-11, rather than the usual progressive order (at least for those in the parts of the world that use the Day, Month, Year- dating system!)
I use the opportunity as a reminder of the good news to YOU that believes or thinks God has forgotten you or that your situation is too insignificant to be acknowledged by the Almighty…… Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear dull, that it cannot hear, remember also that His eyes go to and fro all around the earth.

Dead Idols and the Living God
1 Bel bows down, Nebo stoops;
Their idols were on the beasts and on the cattle.
Your carriages were heavily loaded,
A burden to the weary beast.
2 They stoop, they bow down together;
They could not deliver the burden,
But have themselves gone into captivity.
3 “ Listen to Me, O house of Jacob,
And all the remnant of the house of Israel,
Who have been upheld by Me from birth,
Who have been carried from the womb:
4 Even to your old age, I am He,
And even to gray hairs I will carry you!
I have made, and I will bear;
Even I will carry, and will deliver you.
5 “ To whom will you liken Me, and make Me equal
And compare Me, that we should be alike?
