I come to you, O Lord, humble in spirit. I have been stripped down to my core. My self -centered nature is in ashes on the floor. My pride has been set aside, secure and locked away now. Resentment is a memory because of You, O Lord. My spirit is alive in Your warm light of love. What matters now, is You, O Lord. What I do now, whatever it may be, will be done to glorify You. Peace fills the space where despair once dwelled. Faith is in every breath I take, and every thought that forms. You created me, You love me, You give me Grace, and to serve You, O Lord, brings me a fulfillment greater than any earthly possession. I praise You, Jesus, for saving me from myself. You sent your guide, Your Holy Spirit, to enlighten me and lead me. Everyday through eternity, I will give You thanks. Praise be to You, Lord Jesus Christ!
