Fishing and hunting
Who’d ever thought
I loved them so much
Great big fish I have caught
But one day my attention
Was strongly turned away
The things of this world
Were holding me at bay
I never saw it coming
I never thought it could be
The strongholds in my life
Preventing God’ glory to work in me
I can’t believe it happened
I allowed the fish and the deer
To keep me from reading God’ Word
And my anger, the family would all fear
Praise God the worst is over
He eliminated the threat
I’ve given it all to Jesus
And I truly have no regret
