While yet on earth
With my eyes I see
The beauty God created
Yet I’m allergic to the bee
Also on this planet
With all my senses alert
The sin is every where
Our choices give it birth
I’m not complaining
He puts the motion in my stride
He’s my strength and my rock
He constantly reminds me of my pride
My heart yearns to see him
Many testimonies I’ve heard
Heavens just waiting
What I say is not absurd
Curious for answers
They come in leaps and bounds
Like a thief in the night
We’ll hear the trumpet sound
I ache to be reunited
With those special few
One day God will call me
Home to be with you
