When the worries of life
Are too hard to bear
Whom do I run to?
There is none to compare
When I’m lost and afraid
What shall I do?
In the darkest of times
I run towards you
In times of great sadness
In hurt and in pain
Before you I kneel
Exhausted from strain
I come to your side
To cry out your name
To ask for salvation
To welcome your reign
I give you my life
It’s always been yours
But under your grace
My spirit now soars
Upon mighty wings
I see myself fly
With hope and with faith
And you at my side
With you in my life
Whom shall I fear?
