Where Are You God?

Where are you God?
The storms come and
we find no warmth or
relief from the pain

Where are you God?
We have lost our love
and closest friend
Things are not the same

Where are you God
Loneliness surrounds us
and darkness hides the light
God replies

I am in your heart
I live in your soul
My love is in the wonders of creation
and I am by your side

Open your eyes
Open your heart
Listen to your soul
I am with you

Together we will carry your cross
Together we will take the
eternal path of faith
Your life I will renew
