What counts is a new creation
Galatians six fifteen
It causes great jubilation
But I wonder
What it does mean
It speaks of Jesus our Savior
Who'll make you new again
Not a brand new body
But a soul that's free of sin
He died on a cross to save us
And took all the blame on Him
The God who made the heavens
Is more powerful than billion stars
Yet He hung on a tree
And still bears
The nailmark scars
But death could not hold Him
Up He rose from the grave
His Spirit's now among us
Our souls
He is here to save
I think I know now
What that verse does mean
You too can have jubilation
Believe in Him
And you will find
What counts is a new creation
Galatians six fifteen
