Your visit has been moderate,
A twelve-hour visit,
In those hours,you worked,
Worked,worked and worked.
You warmed my body,
Warmed my body on a cold day.
You dried my clothes,
Dried my clothes that I washed.
You dried my cassava flour,
My cassava flour, wet from the mill,
That I may have a meal,
Have a meal in my store.
You swallowed the little drops of water
Water of the dew from heaven,
The dew from heaven on the weeds,
Along the way to my farm.
Bye for now,bye for now!
Thanks for your good works,
The good works you've done today.
See you tomorrow morning
For another round of work.
Your eyes are as red as palm oil,
Be consoled,we shall meet again tomorrow
