As busy as a bee transferring pollen
from plant to plant, his mind is on his queen.
At home the honey jar will last for hours,
ain't life such a wonderful thing?
You know, a tiny ant can move a mountain.
To feel the sand beneath his little feet!
The weight he carries on his back empowers,
anin't life such a wonderful thing?
A tiny seed does not remember falling
into the darkened soil, no light it brings.
To grow, it takes some sunny days and showers,
ain't life such a wonderful thing?
You'll rarely hear a songbird sad and sullen.
In fact, he sings toward opposing winds!
To find his nourishment may take him hours.
Ain't life such a wonderful thing?
A bear will sleep through winter's hibernation.
Before he knows, he's woken up in spring.
Who's there to meet his hunger but a salmon?
Ain't life such a wonderful thing?
If only man would use imagination,
to cast his formula, his spell needs wing.
For what is love if not an incantation?
Ain't life such a wonderful thing?
An angel, whether throne or an archangel,
will raise a voice as they so often sing.
They represent to man a higher power.
