Through our lives
Still waters calm our hearts
Reflections of peace crystalline
At times the waters may be troubled
Along the shores of our minds
Cascading over our thoughts
Dreams shipwrecked on the rocks
Awaken the soul from within
Journey to the river's edge
Let your heart cast a light
On the shadows found there
