It’s simply amazing 'like wow'
To stop walking on egg shells
Forget all the dramatics
Just turn over a new leaf
Become like a child
Take a tumble and play
On unpaved turf
Find space to be more than
Loose prisms on bare walls
Open windows to rain
Chase the cat, cry, laugh all at once
Let your boots stay muddy
Bark back when the dog barks
And when someone calls you in from the cold
Ask ‘what if’? & ‘who knew’?
Let your only superhero be God
Splurge in angel songs and dreams
Pray and dive deep in sunny coves
One fish two fish red fish blue
Race clouds & ledges of sky
Far from beaten paths fly
Happy to know what you know
That's all, no need to prove it
Just let winding roads unwind
And one in a million be oo-la-la
Some day braver than you think
No one will ever guess
That maybe just maybe
You had to work at it
ok…just a little
