We love God from the depth of our heart and soul for no other reason but that He has loved us first, His love is great and awesome and has reached us even when we were yet sinners.
"Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?" Romans 2:4 (NKJV)
To those who are exceptionally good and trustworthy, no one desires to do harm, on the contrary their goodness at all times leads others to repent of their own sins and create in them an urge and desire to become good, such is our Lord God.
If we carefully ponder and remember all that the Lord has done for us, all that the Lord has given us, all the blessed and wonderful ways in which He leads us we would surely be filled with praise and thanks towards Him.
The goodness of God when known correctly leads to repentance, as it did for us so will it do for others too.
The goodness of God and all His wonderful attributes can be experienced with a direct relation with God and His people, for with such great confidence did the Psalmist say...
"Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good;
Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! " Psalms 34:8 (NKJV)
Yes!!! God is good and this is seen and experienced in His presence and in the fellowship of His holy people.
Have we experienced His goodness in our life, if yes, we need to become an ambassador of His goodness for others so that all may know His goodness, repent and receive the blessed new life in Christ.
