Where are You God I’m lost again,
I look around I’m deep in sin.
I don’t know how I got this way,
So now I’m on my knees to pray.
The way I went was oh so bad,
Left me alone and feeling sad.
The evilness has gotten me,
Now I’m alone in misery.
I wonder how I got this way,
If only I could stop one day.
I’m so tired of falling down,
My twisted soul spins me around.
With trembling lips I say this prayer,
“I wonder if You’re really there?”
I hear a voice deep in my soul,
“You once were half but now you’re whole.”
A ton of pain came off of me.
He made things right and set me free,
Yes free to walk my path again,
To root me on and call me friend.
