Have you ever been on a journey that was filled with love, hope and excitement? And afterwards you felt that you wanted to do it all over as soon as possible. If not try and take a journey through the Bible. Here you will cross rivers filled with sunshine right through the landscape from Genesis to Revelation. There will be high mountains to cross, with a beautiful view from the top. Experience Mother Nature as you go along. You will receive a better understanding of the Bible and God and the people of that time. You will also learn about God and His chosen nation that He choice to be the very light and inspiration to all other nations on earth. Experience the snowy landscapes of the books of the Prophets, see how they lived and who they taught the people about God and His wonderful love that He had form them. The same love He still has for us today. Come then and relax at the foot of the New Testament, before travelling further. Take a look back at your journey through the Old Testament. Ponder for a while on all the things that you had experienced and about the things you have learned on your way. Then continue into the loving air in warm shining sunny weather of the New Testament. Here you will meet the Son of the living God Jesus Christ. Sit down with Him and have an inspired conversation with Him. You will learn so much from Him. You will understand that great unselfish deed He did for all mankind, including for you and me, by sacrificing His life for us so that we can be reconciled with God the Father and receive everlasting life with Him one day in Heaven. Then travel through the cosmos flower beds of the disciples the men that was working with Jesus. Take a moment with them; hear first hand from them about their work and devotion to Jesus and what He means for all of them. Then as you come to the end of your journey you will see the New Jerusalem that God is preparing for all His Children. The people that Chose His Son as Personal Savior and they who have lived according to the way we were expected to life and honor Him as our God.
Thought for the day
At the end of your journey through the Bible you will have a better understanding off God the Almighty, the great I AM. About the one Scarifice He did for our sins so that we might have everlasting life. Then you will see that this journey was worth the effort.
