Crowded people attended
at the Budokan Hall
in a beautiful Tokyo city
Enjoyed the play
that was strange for me
that might be the same for the other audiences
who are not Japanese
We were special guests invited
to attend the performance
Noh Kyo Gen
was the title of the play
played by the Japanese on the stage
To tell you the truth
it was difficult to understand
the conversation heard of the dramatist
What we could catch
just the gesture not the languages
And what annoyed me
was the woman sat beside me
she was actually beautiful and slim
she did not speak nor sing
but her mouth was busy
bit and chewed pop corn
in a big sack on her hand
When I asked where she come from
she said a certain country
without being shy
I looked at the stage and looked at her
several times but, she did not care the other spectators(perhaps she pretended not to know one’s feelings)
I know that she was beautiful
but I did not like her way of eating
specially in this distinguished place
A time at Nishihara- Tokyo
