Cafeteria-style dining is popular in the Deep South; it seems we have a hankering to choose. Luby’s, Morrison’s and Piccadilly top a list of popular cafeterias with selection as their specialty and speed as a drawing card.
Customers choose from a wide array of meats, vegetables and tasty deserts as they walk past inviting displays, pay the cashier, quickly take a seat at a table or booth, enjoy their meal and leave the premises filled and satisfied. Cafeteria style offers many advantages in dining.
