THE PATHWAY TO REVELATION 5
When Oral Roberts was 17 years old, God told him he would build a university. After 28 years of ministry, he knew it was time. However, he didn’t have an idea of how to build a university. He had no financial resources. One day as he walked over the university site, he felt stranded. Out of desperation, he spoke in tongues. He didn’t understand what he was saying. When he finished, he received the interpretation of what he had spoken in tongues.
Suddenly, He knew what to do. He knew how he would build the university. He saw it-the buildings, the faculty, the curriculum, the students. Oral and his wife had secured a small estate. They sold their investments and gave the proceeds as the first financial resource to start building the university. They believed the seed would connect them to everything he saw in the university. True enough, on 7777 South Lewis Avenue, Tulsa, 22 major buildings, thousands of students and a major university occupy over 400 acres. What was once a dream is now a reality.
Maybe like Oral Roberts, God has given you a dream. But you don’t know the first step to take. You don’t have the money. You don’t know the people that matter. I have good news for you. When you speak in tongues (a language you don’t naturally understand), you receive direction. If you cannot speak in tongues, know that it is your right as a child of God. He is yearning to fill you with this priceless gift, (Acts 1:1-5, 2:1-18). Ask Him in faith. Stay in faith.
As you speak in tongues, you will know what to do. Your dreams are coming true.
