God is full of creativity. The Bible starts with "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." God created the universe, the earth, and also heaven and hell. Everything has been created by Him for His purpose.
God is always creating. Each moment He is actively creating. Take a sunset, each moment something changes. Some red becomes more orange or a purple deepens. Or look at it again after 5 minutes. You see the changes. The re-creation.
God has been creating for ever and will continue to create for ever. I've often thought that nature is greater than man. Consider the destructive power of recent tsunamis, hurricanes and floods. The creator is always greater than the created or as the Bible says "the builder of the house has greater honour than the house". Hebrews 3.3
God wants us to be creative."Be imitators of God" says Ephesians 5.1. As writers we ought to, and in any other part of life too. Creativity is exercising the imagination, a positive, constructive expression. It can make life more interesting, raising it above the humdrum.
God created all life. He is the best. The one to emulate. His standard is way above man's. All man makes is originally from something God made. Cotton clothing comes from the cotton plant, originally made by God. God gave us brains to think and imagine, investigate, and inquire. Meditate and ponder. Reflect and choose right words in speaking and writing.
So get creating.
