The long awaited redemption's plan
Had its beginning in Bethlehem
Where the God of heaven and earth
Came Himself in lowly birth
Humbled Himself to say the least
To offer us a wedding feast
When we receive the Great I Am
Reservations at (The marriage supper of the Lamb)
And feast we do in Him each day
Who is the life, the truth, the way
Above all others, what reconciliation
In our God of so Great Salvation
Who took our sin and all its pain
To bring us everlasting gain
How significant was that cost
That placed Him on a cruel cross
He bore it all for you and me
That we could live eternally
And have that victory over sin
In our daily walk with Him
To show the world His saving grace
He put a smile upon our face
What joy that dwells now within
The heart that is forgiven from sin
How we love to tell the story
Of our God and all His glory
Who stooped down to earth to save
And rose again up from the grave
Live I say, my brother live
Take the salvation that He gives
Have a welcome at the Throne
Repent and to the Saviour come
