At six years of age would make my way over to the
little shop on the hill, some cold mornings the lady who owned it would invite me in,when nobody else would be about,so while waiting for the milkman his horse and milk churn, some nice warm
porridge,at her table she would give me in turn,
that was in 1941.so generous was she how could i
ever forget, which leads me to something else as
well,as i approached the shop one morn, for right in front of me,about seven feet away,a full rainbow about the height of a mani suddenly stopped
and was mesmerised, then as i moved to my right,so
did it,then to my left same again, and again to my
right, then quick as a flash it went out of sight,
got back home told my mother then, she thought a
dream, but it wasant, have been wondering about it
most of my life, ever since then. Joe.
