As I looked up at the clouds
I saw the rain coming down
With no end in sight and then
Flowers on the ground
The leaves on the trees
And the grass so green
Fresh sweet smelling
All is washed clean
Now I see why you send us
The clouds and the rain
For us and with us
You do the same
Enabled now to see the
Beauty in your cleansing
And the brightness of your Son
How we grow once again
In your likeness we become
Now more then ever
I will always know
To trust in my Fathers
As He watches us grow.
