Australia's home to those uniquely aboriginal.
Her face toward the sun of many individuals.
I stand along with those who share in her residual,
and lift her flag in front of me with pride!
Her multi-coloured dress of foreigners and citizens,
landscapes and wildlife, uniquely original.
She held them in her arms of dust, bereft of bitumen,
Those pioneers who laughed with her and cried!
She holds her head up high from integrating prejudice.
Her sun and moon agree that neither one is second best.
And here she holds the key, the texture of her tenderness.
Her kiss is felt through ebb and flow of tides.
