Hopscotch and bubblegum, plaits being pulled days are gone.
Student detention for breaking the rules came along.
The blink of an eye said time passes us by,
when we find we are now fully grown.
We've seasoned the weather, we now stand together,to right every beautiful wrong.
Parents' support, it is crucial in saying 'I Do',
friends and relations are pouring out love for us too.
Come take my hand as we look to the future,
who knows of the heights we may climb?
Through love's direction, by being together,
we know that the outlook is fine!
Let's climb each mountain, ensuring we take our supplies.
Suitcases packed, now there's no turning back
from the vision of a new sunrise.
Walk through each valley, let's capture our dream,
our pages of love have been turned.
God's love is with us, the promise He gave us,
despite every lesson we've learned.
