In this chapter of Matthew we see the parable of the farmers (wheat and tares).
As we look at this we must see and know the following things.
There will always be people in the church that are bad seeds, they are the tares, they are the counterfeit and they are the ones who we are told will fall way and die (go to hell). They think they are saved and they think they have things as they should be but they have indeed deceived themselves into believing that they are just where God wants them to be. Nothing could be further from the truth.
With this being said, many people will say do we not yet attend and remain a part of church even though the tares are present and until the time that God shakes them off. The answer is yes, However, what I would like to look at is this.
We can look and study the words and meanings and as well the application of planting and harvesting (sowing and reaping). Somewhere, somehow and some way Satan will always have a visitor in every true church of Jesus Christ and this one will be there to cause issue with the flock in some way. There are several ways for these folk to be dealt with and fro0m Deuteronomy to James and other areas we are told exactly how to handle these folk and as well how to maintain righteousness in the church body and as well love, peace and comfort no matter the storm.
The part that makes it where we should stop attending, stop supporting financially and so on is this:
When these issues are not handled promptly and correctly, when they are not taken care of in a timely and proficient manner and are allowed to “choke out” (as a weed) the life of a church and when the church that has been “choked out” either accepts it as it is and does nothing about it, or when the church is agreeable to the side of the tare and not to the wheat ; then it is time to leave and have no further dealings with that church and or its leadership.
No matter the truth that is ministered from a pulpit, no matter the fertilizer that is applied, no matter the water that is given and etc., the weeds either deflect what has been spoken so the nutrition does not reach its intended source as it should or they absorb the nutrients as it were and actually weeds do absorb nutrients, but the weed in biology breaks down a nutrient in a different manner and actually feeds off of what the thriving and flourishing plants would survive on.
Some weeds are loud, some testify of how good god is,(God was made with a small ‘g’ because these folk know not the true and living God); some pray prayers of repetition, some are possessive and all are arrogant and all are sin laden and guilty to the core and for these folk there is not much hope, for their lives are false and they are indeed lukewarm.
The church as a body and place is judged the same as false prophets, for if the PULPIT only tells half truths and yet stands for the insubordination and in fact becomes a puppet for a puppeteer then they also fall in this category and in fact cannot be used of God and will not be and we are not to be deceived by words or outward appearance or what we feel - we are to judge it all by the Word and if it does not pass the acid test, we are to leave it alone.
– Revelation 3:16; Proverbs 6:6-19; Romans 16:17;
1) Revelation 2: We are to try them!
2) Romans 16:17 we are to avoid them and we should not have their items in our home.
3) Titus 1:13 we are to Rebuke them!
4) Ephesians 5:11 we are to have no fellowship with false preachers preaching false doctrine.
5) 2 Thessalonians 3:6; 3:14-15; 1Timothy 6:3-5 we are to withdraw from them.
6) 2 Timothy 3:5-7 we are to turn away from them
7) 2 Timothy 4:2 we are not to receive them into our homes, in person, on video, on TV, on cassette, in a book, on an ink pen, stamped on a note pad…if they are wrong and blasphemous about the atonement, what else are they wrong about?
8) Titus 3:10 we should reject them as heretics
9) 2 Corinthians 11:4, 13 we are to stand and watch for those who preach another gospel and or another Jesus.
10) 2 Corinthians 6:17 we are to separate from them.
11) Galatians 2:11-14 we are allowed to name them/2 Timothy 4:10 / 1 Timothy 1:18-20 / 2 Timothy 2:15-18 / 3rd John verse 9
People who know the truth and have seen it proven to be that no one has a mind to change the church , that no one really cares enough to stand and risk their positions as pastor when no one cares enough about the souls that have been ruined and some many lost to the Jaws of hell in a community, city or town… when the “district” officials take the side of the weed verses the side of the wheat – then there is a major issue and major problem at hand.
God and His Word are being defied, defiled and He is grieved and He is angry and just as we see in
I Peter 4:17-18 God always will JUDGE His Church FIRST.
A person who is a true believer must stay away from this and avoid it and pray that God would move to change the things in it, but even God makes it plain in His Word that to participate in a false work, to donate to the work with your finances and time – God says that He Himself will take from us the blessings that could have been ours, because by attending and donating, tithing or giving in any way is going against Him. He cannot work where He has been pushed aside –
Any church that has tried to make Christ a parallel and not allowed Him to intersect is a church and a people in trouble.
Jesus told me recently through His Holy Spirit, “do not donate one penny to them, else I will take all you possess from you”
I do not often say “Jesus said” unless it is true and right and that I am sure of it – to do so is a danger of eternal consequence.
The wheat and the tares co-exist and some are eventually gathered and most fall away (tares) and are dead in the ground, however, the weeds that choke life out because of allowances – that is just a shame that souls are lost because of this…..because of people being preferred rather than souls being cared for.
A very good solid article with truth exploding throughout. Well said - and the scriptures of our Father's word to support your thoughts solidifies your message all the more. Nice job! Thank you for posting - God Bless you~
