Little birds on the table
A candle for light
A fan on my back
And it all seems so right
Your words flowing freely
Through the pen in my hand
And my beautiful wife
Lord she helps me to stand
What more could I ask
From my Wonderful King
My Lord Jesus Christ
To me He’s everything
When I’m too weak to walk
Then He carries me on
When I’m too weak to fight
Then He proves Himself strong
He never does leave me
He stays by my side
Till the day turns to night
And we’re ready to ride
Yea, though I walk through
The shadow of death
I will fear no evil
He gives me each breath
My Savior, my King and my God
In a pleasant green place
He has brought me to rest
I will have no more trials
I will have no more tests
My God will wipe every
Tear from my eyes
The wicked can’t enter
There will be no more lies
Would you like to enter
This place where I rest
Simply cry out to Jesus
And he’ll give you His best
