There IS a link connecting EACH one to the Heart of God.
There IS that ever-present tie
From birth until the time we die
That makes us HIS, that holds us close.
The link connecting one to God can snarl and tangled be;
Resulting from a path WE choose
DIRECT communion we may lose,
But still we're HIS and He is near!
The link, though damaged,
Needn;t be considered 'total loss';
The twists and tangles we find there
Can swiftly be removed with prayer;
THAT makes us HIS...THAT KEEPS us close.
