THE PATHWAY TO REVELATION
Every believer is ordained to enjoy insights from our Heavenly Father. Those who receive direction from God’s Presence are:-
Humble.
“The humble He guides in justice, and the humble He teaches His way.” (Psalm 25:9)
Those who will receive divine information have to believe all they know is not enough. When a Christian studies the Bible with preconceived ideas, he will only succeed in wasting his time. As long as he holds certain beliefs that are not based on the Word of God, he will never receive anything from the presence of God.
When he prays, he must resolve to abandon every man-made philosophy. When he opens the Scriptures, he must believe nothing can take the place of divine wisdom in living a successful life.
Many believers have been afflicted by the vicious hands of poverty because they refused to abandon their personal beliefs. One of such beliefs is the idea that paying tithe is not required from today’s Christian. When a believer is bent on believing that we are not supposed to pay ten percent of our income to God, how can he discover that the windows of Heaven are open to those who are faithful in paying the tithe? How will he know that no part of his life is supposed to suffer any form of loss according to Malachi 3:11? How is he supposed to realize from Malachi 3:12 that unbelievers are supposed to run to him to know His God as a result of the undeniable blessings in his life?
As you come to God with an humble heart, your eyes will be opened. You will receive uncommon insight that will pave the way to uncommon success
