He poured His cup and promised
He would not sip again
The fruit of the vine, God's new wine
Until His Kingdom was ushered in.
"Come have a bite with Me," He said,
"I've laid the table fair,
With fruit and bread, herbs and wine,
All who attend may freely share.
The light will never fade to night,
There will be no sorrow
No sin will darken love's soft glow
No 'yesterday', no 'tomorrow.'
One eternal banquet set--
Your meal, I will prepare.
No one will come to move you down
Into a lesser chair.
The place I have assured for you
Is first--it cost My Father sore
To give to Me the gift of you
And, I could not ask for more.
So, in love, I save your berth
At the wedding table of the Lamb,
It is yours alone, I've made it so
Forever...because I AM."

Yes, I have been missing you so much! The Lord delivered me feet first out of a bottle - shortly after I heard the Holy spirit whispering "If Jesus is not going to drink of the fruit of the vine again until the marriage supper of the Lamb, how about you?" I prayed "with your strength neither will I" it has now been over 36 years and I am still free!
