Know what has been done by Jesus Christ,
To suffer in agony as He was sacrificed;
We call Him master, a teacher and Lord,
Exactly and so is He as we are reassured.
Christ was all these things and much more,
How can the skeptics ever deny and ignore;
He was more than a normal mortal man,
To walk on water is not what anyone can;
It is fact He raised people from the dead,
And could foretell what was to be ahead;
We are talking about the true Son of God,
Not a magician or a politician or a fraud;
A plan from God in sending Him for intent,
Not as a scapegoat for why He was sent;
To give His Son since God loved the earth,
As nurtured and cared for since its birth;
Just as a father would care for his child,
Even if the it would become a little wild;
So is the same for us with good intentions,
To rear our children as good Christians.
