Seasoned fish,steaming, served with tarragon,
black cracked pepper bouncing off the tongue.
Salt is shared,seemingly and sparingly,
lights are dimmed, candlewax is burned.
Garlic, herbed, beef served as a rarity,
roast potatoes, gravy in reserve.
Hot, steaming vegetables, red wine by the glassful,
fork in hand, reputation earned!
Tastebuds yearn a satiated remedy,
chocolate mousse, an answer in a bowl.
Fresh,whipped cream, strawberries, a melody,
crackers and cheese, two partners in a row.
Coffee's brewed, flavour smelling succulent,
then they yawn, my face they do not see.
Dark outside, wonder where the evening went?
Will I win the prize? Come dine with me!
If you died today, are you absolutely certain that you would go to heaven? You can be! TRUST JESUS NOW
