The world English dictionary defines ‘sorrow’ as the characteristic feeling of sadness, grief, or regret associated with loss, bereavement, and sympathy for another's suffering, for an injury done. When in your life, did you express sorrowfulness due to your actions? Better yet, did the sorrow drive you to your knees, asking God for forgiveness?
We all experience pain and sorrow from time to time, the demands of life reeks havoc and sorrow is experienced. In these last days, so many have feelings of sadness. The earth is moving causing earthquakes and tsunamis, rain-floods wash away dreams, and hopes. Wars and oppression kill and kindle rage for decades. Yes, there is sorrow all around except in the most important place, our belief that God is with us always.
God is with those before, during and after the tornado strikes, He is there when the water recedes from the tsunami. He is our strength through the crying watered eyes, pushing the mud full basement after the floods. Remember your belief in God allows His compassion to make you whole, through Jesus Christ so sorrow won’t linger. Our spirits must control our flesh. Try to close the door of pain fill emotions of sorrow. Open your mind, the fact is God is with you and take that moment to pray. Praying pushes out those emotions of pain and sorrows, and allows the spirit of the Lord to direct your steps.
If fact, pray for yourself, if experiencing sorrow and if you know someone who is or has experienced sorrow. You might be in Tuscaloosa Al. or someone in Sindai Japan, or Benghazi Libya. Whoever you are or whatever state of sorrow you or they are in, start praying for the removal of sorrow.
If you died today, are you absolutely certain that you would go to heaven? You can be! TRUST JESUS NOW
