Have you reclaimed your royal status?

In the article ‘Lord I Lift Your name on high’*, from the series, Ministering Through Songs, I touched on the fact that Jesus went to Hell and took the keys, allowing us to reclaim our royal status. It led me to ask myself the question, "Have you reclaimed your royal status?" I now share with you the inspiration received.
First I would like to ask the question:
Do you know how to honour God with your gifts?
When we think about gifts in our fellowship, we seem to focus mainly on speaking in tongues and sometimes refer to others like prophesy and interpretation. However, when we understand that our body is the temple of the Lord, we soon realise that our body is a gift from God and therefore, each body part constitutes a gift in itself. The spiritual gifts we receive cannot be manifested without our body parts. Therefore, we ought to honour God with our bodies.
My body is the temple of the Lord. With my body I shall praise Him. Therefore, my eyes, hands, feet, dress code and behaviour must reflect my royal status, as a child of the King. My body should not be involved in fornication, adultery, prostitution and homosexuality…that does not give honour to my Master. Living this way means that I have not yet reclaimed my royal status. If that sounds like you, then I urge you to follow me on a journey of reclaiming your royal status, “For we must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in our bodies" (2nd Corinthians 5:10).
On the 17th October 2010 (as part of a sermon entitled, ‘Judgment Comes’) I discussed the various parts of the body as gifts from God which we need to use to honour Him. I shared the following scriptures as outlined below:
Eyes
2nd Peter 2:9; Proverbs 22:16; Ezekiel 34; Judges 9
Conclusion
St. John 15; Matthew 16:19; Romans:8:15; Matthew 16:18; Galatians 6:2; Galatians 6:1; 1st Corinthians 15: 50-58
>>>Please join me in part two as I explore the various gifts listed above.
