Have you ever asked God, "How can you use me to bring a person to You?" I did. He revealed to me that he needed my heart, my hands and my voice to communicate his love. He said, "Tell them that this is what I would say" -
MY CHILD WHY DO YOU GO ON FEELING WORTHLESS?
Don’t you know that I am God and that I don’t make mistakes? I don’t make junk. You were not designed to be a common instrument like a shovel or an axe but great skill and care was exercised in your creation. This makes you priceless. You are to me an instrument of praise, worthy of displaying my glory thorough all eternity.
WHY DO YOU GO ON FEELING UNLOVED?
Haven’t I have loved you with an everlasting love? Didn’t I knit you together in your mother’s womb? When I saw you lost and without hope, lying in blood, stripped, raped, robbed, beaten, blind and naked, my ship sailed through a river of blood, in the garden, at the whipping post and on the cross to rescue you and give you life.
Afterwards, as many times as you strayed and returned, I took the blame and presented you blameless, spotless and holy to my Father. I took Satan’s accusations against you and nailed them to my cross. I placed a robe on your back, a ring on your finger. I assembled the angels to celebrate your return.
WHY DO YOU GO ON FEELING INSIGNIFICANT?
Don’t you realize that you are more important to me than my own life? I could abide all the suffering in the garden where I sweat blood. I could abide all the agony from being whipped. I could abide all the pain of a cross, but the very reason I died for you is because - I CANNOT ABIDE to be in Heaven without you!
WHY DO YOU GO ON FEELING NEGLECTED?
Am I not the Almighty? Have I not made a way for you to come boldly before my throne of grace? Lean upon me then when you are tired, lonely and depressed and I will give you rest. Tell me all your problems and LET ME worry about them. Call upon me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things. Worship me and I will cause you to rise up with eagle’s wings. You will run and not be weary. You will walk and not faint.
WHY DO YOU GO ON FEELING GUILTY?
Haven’t I cast all your sins behind my back and buried them at the bottom of the great sea? Even when you slip up I’ve provided a fountain filled with blood flowing from my veins. When you stoop beneath its floods you lose all your guilt and stains. My blood overtops the mightiest mountain, flows to the lowest valley and it will never, ever, ever, ever lose its power, forever!
WHY DO YOU GO ON FEELING DISCOURAGED?
Haven’t you read that I could have called 10,000 angels to come and rescue me? I could do the same for you if I thought you needed it. Until then, you must trust that I have appointed your trials to strengthen you. Fear not, my grace is sufficient for you. I AM all that you need.
Nothing you have ever done can keep me from loving you; not your pride, not your prayerlessness, not all your backslidings. You may curse me, deny me, forget me, or walk away from me as far as you think possible, but when you get to wherever you are going, I will be there…waiting for you… with a breakfast… with a rose… and with a promise, I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU NOR FORSAKE YOU AND NOTHING SHALL EVER SEPARATE YOU FROM MY LOVE.
