About two years ago as I was teaching a message on the radio here in Ky. where I live about Jesus coming soon. In the midst of the message, I saw an open vision, that is, my eyes were open and I could see with my spirit eyes into the heavenly realm. I saw Jesus seated at the right hand of the Father, just as the Bible says.
Though He was seated, He was up on the edge of His seat, as if He was ready to get up and go somewhere. It reminded me of a race horse and how anxious they are to get out of the gate and take off. Jesus was like this, anxious to leave heaven and come in clouds of glory to gather up His Church. Before He could do that, I saw the Father reach out and put a hand on Jesus’ shoulder. Then, I heard Him say to Jesus, “Not yet, Son. It’s not time. But soon.”
Today, I was in the kitchen at the sink where I had been washing some dishes. I had also been in prayer while I did this chore, looking up at the numerous clouds in the sky as well. I continued to pray and as I did, I began saying, “Jesus, you’re so holy, you’re so pure and righteous.” I said this over and over for about a minute and looked up at the sky through the window again. Then, I saw it. The clouds had formed what looked like a hole. When I asked about this, the Lord said, “It’s a portal.” Portal means, ’doorway.’
As I looked at this portal again, I saw Jesus standing on the edge of it in the clouds. I saw Him reach out His hands and I absolutely couldn’t take my eyes off of Him. He was so glorious! He spoke to me then and said, “I’m coming soon.” I felt an urgency in my spirit to tell people even more than I had been that Jesus was coming soon and they should get ready.
The Bible clearly says that in the last days, right before the return of Jesus, we will see signs and wonders in the heavens. Seeing Jesus standing in this portal (doorway) in the clouds was definitely a sign and a wonder in the heavens.
