Tommy and Lisa were in there to shop
they looked and they walked until they could drop
knowing not was truly in store
they were trying not to get really bored
Ties and jewelry, luggage and books
when they suddenly noticed someone giving them looks
Lisa replied, “Do you know that strange face.”
“No” said Tommy, “smile and show them some grace.”
Two small men in black suits and hats
followed them ‘round like small creepy bats
the children were leery and decided to try
going into the restaurant for some dark green pie.
The men soon followed and ordered meat balls
but when trying to poke them they pounced off the walls
the sauce was a mess as it slopped on the floor
the children then laughed "we must see some more"
The men ran away and fast out the door
but they suddenly slipped and hit the hard floor
Tommy and Lisa ran over to peek
who were these men who had come like such sneaks
Please can you tell us strange little sirs
why are you here and have caused such a stir
“We are toy spies from Santa” said the men with a smile
“and we’ve a list of good children as long as a mile.”
