Stand
Exodus 7:11-13
Ex 17:11 Now while Moses' hand was lifted up, Israel was the stronger: but when he let his hand go down, Amalek became the stronger. Ex 17:12 But Moses' hands became tired; so they put a stone under him and he took his seat on it, Aaron and Hur supporting his hands, one on one side and one on the other; so his hands were kept up without falling till the sun went down. Ex 17:13 And Joshua overcame Amalek and his people with the sword.
Have you ever felt this way?
Yes have you ever felt as if you couldn’t hold up any longer?
You may have felt as if you had been beaten so badly that you would never get up.
Maybe you felt as if you cried your last tear and the only thing left to do was accept.
Accept the fact that you held up as long as you could and with no one to help you feel as if you fell.
I will ask one important question.
Did you try to go on by yourself?
See it is ok to ask for help but so many don’t for fear of rejection.
And sadly many don’t because they do not know who to turn to.
The first thing to do in any circumstance is pray.
God will direct someone to you or you to someone.
And don’t be surprised if that someone is who you may know.
God gave Moses instructions and God also sent Moses some helpers.
And when Moses’ hands became heavy Aaron and Hur knew to hold them up fore Moses.
So when the weight of this world gets to heavy just pray.
God will send you an Aaron and Hur to help lift you up.
Because as long as we stand we win if we fall yes we loose.
And the best way to stand is to fall upon your knees in prayer.
So the next time you feel let down look up and around.
You will see that God has provided the help needed for you to always
Stand.
