There are no words to say,
It so hard seeing you this way
Knowing your heart has been shattered
Over the loss of life that really mattered
I can’t tell you “it’ll be alright”
I can’t tell you “out of mind out of sight”
I can see your heart, broken into to pieces
All I can tell you is… give it to Jesus
He’ll sweep up your heart that’s on the floor
He’ll hold you, and wait but there’s more
He’ll dry your tears, and in a bottle He’ll keep them
He wants to bring you comfort and be your Friend
Healing from the pain may still take a while
But soon you’ll see the return of your smile
One day, you’ll find yourself laughing
And wonder why, you didn’t see the time passing
I can’t tell you “it’ll be all right”
I can’t tell you “out of mind out of sight”
I see your heart, broken into to pieces
All I can tell you is… give it to Jesus
He’ll sweep up your heart that’s on the floor
He’ll hold you, and wait but there’s more
He’ll dry your tears, and in a bottle He’ll keep them
He wants to bring you comfort and be your Friend
Moving on, is far more easier said than done
Remember the Father Himself grieved for a Son
He knows the pain you feel inside
He sees in your heart what I can only see in your eyes…
I can’t tell you “it’ll be all right”
I can’t tell you “out of mind out of sight”
I can see your heart, broken into to pieces
All I can tell you is… give it to Jesus
He’ll sweep up your heart that’s on the floor
He’ll hold you, and wait but there’s more
He’ll dry your tears, and in a bottle He’ll keep them
He wants to bring you comfort and be your Friend
