News is that most Zimbabweans today are celebrating one of their biggest Christmas seasons to date. Of course the shopping potential has suddenly gripped everyone, or at least almost everyone. Its obviously said that "most" can now afford a healthy Christmas!
As good as it seems, we would love to remind each other never to forget the paths God took us to this day; and that not all of us are at the moment in the mood we are in. We must not forget that even when economic wounds turn in our favor, life remains life.
Even as we speak, some are in mourning, some in difficulty inexplicable. This is all part of the life we live. We do have to remember to bless in difficulty and in good times. To glorify God in our strengths and in our weakness.
Last year we were still afraid to over do it because of the post- traumatic syndrome. We held back our joy to prepare for whatever was to come. I know God fought for us and many other nations who had by happenstance faced economic setbacks. He pulled us through even though some succumbed.
We ought to be thankful for the year and many others to come. We ought to be strong and stand to bless His holy name in good times and bad ones.
I guess one good feeling almost every other man & woman can sure 'feel good' in is that of sharing; especially at this time of Christmas. And by the way, to the one to whom we celebrate this day, Thanks for coming to this world and saving even a perverse generation like us; We love you, we honor you! We bless thee and for sure, we Worship you! in Thy name Amen!
If you died today, are you absolutely certain that you would go to heaven? You can be! TRUST JESUS NOW
