I enjoy my job. It really helps when you like the people you work with. I've been at my job for a little over 3 years. I have seen people come and go. One Rn I came to really like. She was a very good listener and loved the Lord. We still keep in touch.Others have transferred and I still see them from time to time. Two techs have been with me the 3 years I've been here, and they have really been a blessing. They keep me laughing, we've shared parts of our lives with one another. They've had to endure all my stories, good and bad. Even when I'm at home or going about my day, I'll think about one of their stories or maybe a facial expression one of them made, and I'll start laughing. My son listens to me talk about them all the time. What a blessing. Not too many people like their jobs these days. Go to work today and create an atmosphere that's pleasant. Joke around. Tell a story. Tell a joke. Bring some food. Buy a coworker a pen or something. It's not the big things in life people remember you for. It's the little things. One time, I was really having a hard time and had been crying. These two techs went and bought me a coffee cup and body wash and a candle. It meant a lot. I still use the coffee cup today. Be a blessing to someone. Be a listener for someone. Most of all, don't forget to laugh.
