What’s The Fight About
I really can’t believe that Christians believe that this world belong to them and all that is in the world should be for them. We are in the world but not of the world. The world seeks to please themselves. The world seek things and not souls. Jesus came to save the lost.
In the first place the world has already been created by God and we have no right to say who will be blessed and who wont. God rains on the just as well as the unjust. He supply all of our need; food, clothing, and shelter; everything else is wants. Our wants takes the Christian away from God when they put their wants before God’s desire. God loves all people; the saved and the sinner. It is not His desire that any should perish but all would come to the knowledge of the truth. Jesus came and died for all to have salvation. Salvation is there for all the world and not a select few. God can bless whosoever he will and curse whom he will. The sinner knows that they are sinners and put up no pretense. Their hearts are more pure than most Christians. They are less hypocritical. They do not profess to be anything other than what they are; can the same thing be said for the so called Christians. We need to repent. Sinners children has to eat just like ours. We need to be realistic, God could never be as man. His thoughts are higher than ours. His ways cannot be compared with. He is not a one sided God. Thank God man do not decide our fate; we would all be doomed if we do not think or act like them. Be Real if Christians owned everything we would all die of malnutrition. They would have picks and chooses about who is worthy enough to eat. Thank God they don't have the power to decide the fate of man.
What’s the fight about? Why worry about who have what? Do they have God? Do they have the Word? Do they have the Holy Ghost? Have they accepted Christ as Savior? We worry about the wrong things. Matthew 6:33, but seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. God is the refiner of all souls, after all he did create them. We as Christians has been called to refine the soul of man also. Matthew 19:28 refers to the restoration of all things at the second coming of Christ; the new birth through the Holy Spirit. Acts 15:9, Put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. God calls all men to himself, not possessions. Possessions has carried man to a point of pride that separates them from God. God wants to open the eyes of all mankind that they would turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God. It is God’s desire that no man perish but that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in him. God never intended that the things he put in the earth for man would overtake their hearts and minds away from Him. Romans 12:2, be not conformed to this world; but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that we may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Paul in I Corinthians 1:17, exhort us to preach the gospel and the Cross that it be not made of none effect. The Cross to us that is saved is the power of God. But to the unsaved it is foolishness. We are not to preach out of our own intellect with wisdom of words but we are to lift Jesus up from the earth and He will draw all men unto himself. Of Him are we in Christ Jesus who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption. What’s the fight about in the Christian world today? After all we are all called with the same purpose in our hearts or we should be. God sends this word today not to shame us but to warn us of our doings. There are many instructors in Christ, yet have we not many fathers; for in Christ Jesus are we to gather others into that same saving grace. We are all laborers together with God, where did this separation in the Christian world come from? Of course we all know the answer to that; Satan. Just as Satan, then Lucifer was in Heaven with God, thought he was the one that the Angels should make obeisance to it is present in this time of man also. Satan lied to the angels in Heaven concerning God that is why he is the father of all lies. He was a liar from the beginning. Envy, jealousy, strife, covetousness, and every evil work was birth in Heaven. Satan wanted to take God’s place at the head of the throne. Today that spirit still dwells among men in the earth. Satan goes about to and fro seeking whom he can to promote his program. God is a Spirit and Satan is a spirit, when God wants things done in the earth He calls for man to do it because when He created the earth, He put man on the earth to keep it and to praise Him. God created man to the praise of His Glory. But God saw that man could not keep the earth and reproduce in the earth as a Spiritual being so he applied the dirt of the earth on His Created Being and wrapped His Spirit in him. God created man Holy but through disobedience man brought forth a separation between himself and God, his Creator. Satan had been kicked out of Heaven and he was roaming around in the earth, seeking a vessel he could used because all of the Angels that was kicked out with him was chained up in Hell awaiting the judgment. God then said in Genesis 6:3 that My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh. God created man in the image of them that was Spirit, but then he added dirt as flesh to that Spirit that caused man to become a living Soul. Man has his spirit and he must seek for God’s Spirit that keeps his soul alive. Man have imaginations that bring about thoughts in him that is evil continually. This is why God sent his Son to once again bring back the relationship man once had with God in the beginning; a Spiritual one. God repented that He had made man on the earth and it grieved him at his heart. The earth was corrupt before God and the earth was filled with violence. Isn’t that the condition of the earth now today.
Man relies on his own wisdom today but the wisdom of this world is foolishness to God. God takes the wise in their own craftiness for he knows the thoughts of the wise that they are vain. We are the children of Christ and Christ is the son of God. How do we think we can get around God? We must be found faithful which is required of us as Christians. God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise and God has chosen the weak things which are mighty and base things of the world, and things which are despised to bring to naught the work of Satan so that we can have access to God and no flesh should glory in his presence. The true people of God will as Jesus did face some hardships out of their control where there is no where else to go but to God. A lie is not persecution but a choice we make. We speak the wisdom of God in a mystery and man do not understand. God reveal things to us by His Spirit, for the Spirit search all things even the deep things of God. Just as a man know the things of a man, even the things of God know no man except by the Spirit of God.
God is calling for a change in the way man is conducting himself as a man of God. We need to stop lying one to another. We need to be renewed in knowledge after the image of God that created us. We rely on works to get us into heaven, but even our works are not Holy. Our works are works of righteousness that we do, but it was God’s mercy that saved us by the washing of regeneration; and renewing of the Holy Ghost which God shed on us through Jesus Christ our Savior. We are not to in any wise rebuke our neighbor and not suffer sin upon him. We have to be careful how we handle one another. If I cause my brother to sin am not I just as guilty of the sin? We must change our attitudes, repent by altering our conduct. Godly sorrow leads to repentance, rather than flows from it. Repentance is the first condition of forgiveness. We cannot bring this change upon our self, but when we turn from sin God himself with stimulate the initiative to not repeat the sin. We have to call upon God for help, turned from the sin, separate ourselves from the sin by departing from anyone that love evil.
We have to repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Jesus preached repentance, Paul preached repentance and God requires it. Take correction when you are wrong, don’t stand in the way of sinners, but love knowledge. Don’t be wise in our own conceit. What’s the fight about, the sinner wants what we have, yet we desire what they have. What sense does it make to have a four, five, or six bedroom house when only two rooms in the house is being used? We sleep in one room and bath in the other. We have no communication with each other so we don’t use the living room, and we are so ugly to others no one wants to stay in the other empty bedrooms. God hates waste. We are wasting away at the world’s goods.
