The most amazing city
is where we're going to be,
it's what he's going to give to us,
to all of you and me.
Shining with his glory
as clear as clear can be,
with precious stones and treasures
as far as we can see.
The land will be a perfect square
and have twelve pearly gates,
each gate will have an angel
that's what the bible states.
The gates will never close here
and night will never be,
there won't be any temples
just the Lord for all to see.
Has your name been written
in his secret book?
if it's not you won't get in
not even for a look.
I can not wait to meet you Lord
and pray your will is done,
with you now I know my life
has only just begun.
I pray that every word I write
gives glory unto you,
not only my great saviour
but my inspiration too.
