Why do we act out when the Lord requests us to remove things from our life or change how we behave? We rage and complain then direct our anger towards our family or neighbors. Sure, none of us acts right when emotions are running high but the Lord provides all our needs. What more is required from life than love from our Father? History has shown, in time of need Immanuel works on our behalf to solve many issues. You only need faith in the word of God and stand still so God’s peace prevails over circumstance.
So, a table is prepared for you to meet your neighbor so you can work out your differences. Disregard the anger directed to you, don’t let them upset you. Strike an accord with your neighbor by tearing down the wall you built. If the Lord wanted a mountain to divide Jerusalem and the Dead Sea, one would exist. Remember, the Lord will cause your enemies to become smoldering embers of lesser concern. Work to be reconciliatory before the Day of Our Lord returns to Israel.
