When was the last time you assessed your life in terms of valued contribution to humankind? When have you extended the good that you know? Was it a smile while playing with your children? Or the good feeling exhibited after persuading your business partner that integrity is essential to customer satisfaction and trusted relationship.
Many times we are frustrated with people or ourselves due to a situation or current circumstance. Our mind and spirit are caught in a storm of negative thought patterns, deepening our fear or anger preventing peace to prevail. As those events occur what practice can pull your thoughts into a single focus, back to good and righteousness. Only when you enter the space to think beyond your circumstance you become free. No longer thinking and acting like persons of the world but an individual in harmony with Christ and His teachings.
Stop, look and listen to your heart. Reconnect to the heavenly choices found in the Bible. Move away from the belief you can solve or control situations and circumstances. Was Job able to control the events in his life? What makes you think you have full control of the events in your life? Let go of anger and let God help you connect to the goodness and joy that He brings to the table. Find your way back to the inter-peace and harmony of Jesus Christ.
